Biography
Christopher Hughes (pictured on left with son Anthony) was the seventh of 8 children of Michael Hughes & Annie Green. Christopher was born on 19th Sept 1914.
He married Catherine Connor on December 1st 1940 and together they raised 8 children (listed on the left). His occupation was listed as general farm labourer. They lived in No. 7 Newtown Cottages, Balheary opposite Swords Celtic.
Christopher died in August 1980 and is buried alongside his wife Catherine (Mae) and daughter Evelyn in St Colmcilles Graveyard, Church Lane, Swords, Co Dublin
