Biography
Henry (Harry) Hughes was born on July 18th 1909, the fifth of 8 children of Michael Hughes & Annie Green.
He is listed in the 1911 census at age 2, living with his parents.
Harry was married to Kitty o’Rourke and they had 14 children, (some of the names were, Gerry, Michael, Vincent, Martin, Brendan, Aine, Joan, Rosealeen, & Eamon) they lived in Seatown Villas, Swords, Co Dublin. Harry worked as a security guard for a number of years in Technicon (now Bayer) in Swords.
